I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of support, I lost access to my wallet two weeks ago and have submitted several support tickets with no response - am I supposed to just wait while my money is being kept from me?

No you won’t. I’ve filled out a support ticket, responded to a generic response email, sent all my info numerous times, messaged your CEO, sent him all my info again and won’t even accept private messages from me. What a joke of a company.
