I think All of these updates and announcements need to be added to a rolling ticker across the top of the home page of the app. $vgx

Totally agree. I am assuming that when the app update comes that ticker which is mostly rubbish will be replaced with the VLP info

Can you tell me more? I lost access to my wallet/account last weekend and I'm not getting a reply from support...literally thousands of $$ and not able to connect...is this possibly related?

I vote for FEWER giveaways if you would take those costs & hire more customer service agents!
They could do things like:
-Approve USD withdrawals in less than 6 days!
-Answer phone calls or do live chats over the internet instead of responding to an email 2 months later! Wow!

Answer a call? If you have a contact number please forward it! I have lost access to my account/wallet with thousands of $$ in it and no-one is responding to my support requests...what recourse do we have? this is not okay...
