Announcement: We’re aware of some issues with Cardano ADA deposits not posting to customer’s accounts.
If you didn’t receive your ADA transfer, don’t worry, it’s not lost! (1/4)
We are currently working to deploy a fix that will rescan and credit any ADA deposits not reflected in your account.
Note: Not all ADA transfers are affected and we will notify the community when the first step of this process is complete. (2/4)
Our team is currently working through a large number of tickets, so if your deposit doesn’t get credited in the fix, please:

- Categorize it under: Crypto Transfers > Deposit > Check status of deposit (3/4)
To help our team address your ticket faster, please refrain from submitting multiple tickets. All ADA funds should be reflected in your account once the fix is deployed.

It really is amazing that a group of people had to start a group and threaten you with SEC action for you to even acknowledge the problem. "Increased amount of users" is not an excuse. I will have a hard time trusting you with the smallest amount of money now
