Announcement: We’re aware of some issues with Cardano ADA deposits not posting to customer’s accounts.
If you didn’t receive your ADA transfer, don’t worry, it’s not lost! (1/4)
We are currently working to deploy a fix that will rescan and credit any ADA deposits not reflected in your account.
Note: Not all ADA transfers are affected and we will notify the community when the first step of this process is complete. (2/4)
Our team is currently working through a large number of tickets, so if your deposit doesn’t get credited in the fix, please:
- Submit a ticket: https://support.investvoyager.com/support/tickets/new…
- Categorize it under: Crypto Transfers > Deposit > Check status of deposit (3/4)
To help our team address your ticket faster, please refrain from submitting multiple tickets. All ADA funds should be reflected in your account once the fix is deployed.

So this must still be happening. My ada deposit was sent to an address and then when I logged back in it showed a different deposit address. Ticket 377131 logged a few days ago without any response from the voyager team. Please help!!!
Based of my personal experience, they’ll ignore you and leave you looking for answers for the next few weeks. The ultimately have to fix it, but you’d be better off find a new platform in the future.
