We are currently working to deploy a fix that will rescan and credit any ADA deposits not reflected in your account.
Note: Not all ADA transfers are affected and we will notify the community when the first step of this process is complete. (2/4)

Our team is currently working through a large number of tickets, so if your deposit doesn’t get credited in the fix, please:
- Submit a ticket: support.investvoyager.com/support/ticket
- Categorize it under: Crypto Transfers > Deposit > Check status of deposit (3/4)

It is impossible to submit a ticket. Every time I try I get an error and my ticket never gets submitted
