stop doing this in the middle of peak hours!!! this is probably the 8th or 9th time it has happened since i signed up with you just a few weeks ago! this kind of constant connectivity issue is UNACCEPTABLE for an exchange! begging you to please fix your shit or lose a customer

btw i never got any response to my support request that i submitted to that address over a week ago... how exactly is that professional? why should anyone trust you if this is how you will treat customers?

Hey, so you might wanna make your app more reliable. I’m not comfortable having thousands of $ sitting in there and not being able to touch or access it. Isn’t that the point of crypto, after all? Normally I’d understand tech issues cuz it happens, but I hear this happens a lot.

I know this is 2 days old, but I’ve noticed that sometimes Voyager hates using a WiFi connection...quality of bandwidth doesn’t matter. If I close the app and sign back in on my data plan it works just fine. Hope this helps!
