The new minimum balanced to earn 3% interest on VGX is 500 tokens. We reduced the threshold based on community input, and to make $VGX interest more accessible leading up to the swap.

Yes. This is PRE-SWAP. Allows people to start getting 3% on their $VGX with only 500.
