Customer service is horrrrrific. Even after the 2 week waitlist, I’ve had deposits rejected 3 times and emailed customer service over 2 weeks ago with no response to figure it out.

What is the turn around time for our crypto to show up in the Voyager app when we transfer them over?

Depends what crypto you're transferring in. ETH and ERC20 tokens are usually pretty quick for me like less than 15 minutes. Bitcoin varies between an hour up to a day sometimes
