No they can’t and they won’t, been waiting almost a week here. Use this exchange has been a nightmare. They are welcome to prove me wrong and simply respond to my ticket or release my $BTC from pending status. I’ll gladly retract my statements

Use instead. Their customer support team actually responds to tickets and they don’t withhold your inbound transfer of $BTC for 5 plus days without an explanation. Lost money today bc I couldn’t sell my position. Total BS.

How about you let $icx holders transfer their tokens out so we can stake what we OWN! You promised over 6 months ago but all you've done is add more and more tokens and less and less of them can be extracted to their owners, resulting in us missing out on staking rewards
