Can someone help me my ability to withdraw any of my funds was halted. I sent him proper documents and have not heard anything back from any of my emails the past 3 weeks. I don't even want to withdraw a lot I just want to stake some of it.

I sold btc 24 hours ago and it still hasn't been converted to usd. Shows I still own the btc but when I click to sale or transfer it says I don't have any btc.
Will be the last time I use the app.
