Thank you for the suggestion. I asked them to cancel my application and am looking into other crypto investment platforms that are capable of handling scaled up operations.

Good luck. I've been waiting on it for 11 days. Hard to verify new accounts when they add accounts (already verified, but with a zero balance) to the waitlist. No wonder progress never happens
