I've been there for 11 days...
Have emailed multiple times, and have only received a single response telling me how much they appreciated my frustrations. I would look for another place to invest, because it is ever apparent they can't handle the increased interest of new users

Please turn down the advertisements and focus on customer service first. Sitdown and employee more professionals. Specially dedicate a proper conference room for your CEO that always looks like he is sitting in a big toilet wrapped a voyager wallpaper all around. Be professional

Can you show me where in your FAQ are the daily limit sells Limits ? It looks like we can't sell more than $5,000 USD worth of any coin and no more than $25K of coins combined. Thanks
