Due to the extraordinary growth and to ensure you get the best user experience, we’ve introduced a new waitlist feature. New users looking to open an account will automatically be placed on our waitlist. We will notify you once it’s time to set up your Voyager account.
If you’re receiving the message that your state is not approved, you are actually on the waitlist. This means that all new and unfunded accounts are currently waitlisted. An app update will go out shortly to replace the state not approved message with the waitlist notification.

It’s about time, you should have known your limitations before accepting all these new users and not allowing existing users to access their account and make transactions.

How did you get this from their tweets? If they were more concerned about new users than current ones then they would have let everyone in and risk crashing again. Instead they choose to pause new traders from joining so current members can start using the app again.🤔
Wow let's just say.... WAYYYY too late for this. Seriously shame on your company... despicable customer service was displayed yesterday. Absolutely ZERO to fix it has been offered. Just plain shitty.
