If we start the program in the voyager level, do we receive the level bonuses immediately? Or do we not receive the level up bonus?

You will only receive the level up reward once you level up from one tier to the next once the program is live. You won't receive the bonus for the tier you start at.

I would love you guys even more if you put more emphasis token growth. Tiers should be based on amount of VGX held. Those that don’t, should buy the platform token. Especially those with large accounts.

We did consider that, however we want the tiers to have a fixed dollar-value which is consistent for customers over long periods of time.

But also consider front loading your monthly capital just to use the card. Say you spend approximately $2-3k month in expenses. That’s $1500 / year in cash back. You’re looking at two years just to recoup your loses and pray the coin goes back up!
