Voyager is now the only place where I buy Bitcoin. If you hate paying fees, then it's time you make the switch. They also pay 3% interest on your holdings, so you compound while you trade. Incredible.

Gotcha - so you payout based on commissions paid from liquidity providers and based on collateral held which they then lend out (or vice versa)?
