Question: If we signed up way back when there was a $25 BTC incentive for signing up (as well as $25 BTC per referral) will be be credited with that even if our state isn't supported for quite a while?

Yes - when you do register as a user in the app (which you can do ahead of trading being available in your state), just use the same email you used to signup with on investvoyager.com
