Question: If we signed up way back when there was a $25 BTC incentive for signing up (as well as $25 BTC per referral) will be be credited with that even if our state isn't supported for quite a while?

Ethos is already available in all of those States and a wide variety of eligible countries internationally. Voyager's app requires certain licenses in states to be available.
