Guess we'll just stick with 1password and wifi sync. (Not dropbox) 'Secure' cloud password sharing services aren't safe.
@kylemaxwell w/Lastpass, all passwords are stored on their servers. 1password stores on the clients, but has option to sync using dropbox.

@inthecloud247 but the decryption code still gets delivered dynamically from server, right? this is the fundamental problem here -
