Can these zip files be converted to an ipsw that can be flashed?
Not that I know of, but you can take some files and replace it into some (prod) OS to get options of the Internal build.

Yeah that’s what I did now, added the entire AppleInternal folder but getting mixed results. Some internal apps work, others crash. Settings app shows Internal Settings but page is empty :). Fun to play around with though!

Yeah, some dump wouldn’t display Internal Settings page, that’s sad…
