Honored to have delivered yesterday's keynote at the Conference EIB 2022 #CEIB2022 in Luxembourg. A takeaway? Public banks are a necessary, if not sufficient, condition for realising transitions that are green & just.

About to leave for Argentina for a few weeks to do research w/ on why/how public banks fund public water. But my first question will be why a rate gap between "big head" & "small head" Benjamins persists in the informal currency exchange?
