Hey Danielle, open up the document and you will see that the date is 1962 and the memo refers to Mig 17 and Mig 19. There are many privately owned Mig 17 and Mig 19s now and these obsolete aircraft are easy to buy. Your point is?

The US did this in the 1950s in Indonesia, claiming Pres Sukarno was bombing his people. Finally a plane was shot down. The pilot was CIA agent Allen Pope. The US plot was exposed.
