The "For You" revision just dropped on my web interface, and it's especially annoying that you can't bookmark the chronological timeline. Even FACEBOOK lets you do that.

The Twitter API outage isn't universal, at least not yet, as it may be rolling out unevenly. What I'm seeing makes me suspect it's targeted to the competitive third-party clients that are alternatives to the Twitter app.
