1. Alt+F11 2. Ctrl+M There are no different modes, by you can hide the toolbars. Look in the Window > Appearance menu, the Ctrl+3/Find Access suggestions and/or Preferences > General > Keys to find related commands. From prefs, you can change or assign keybindings.

Very useful features! Distraction free mode is especially useful for me on very wide screens. This way the source code is centered and limited in width. Otherwise it‘s often more on the left if tool windows are hidden and the editor is way too wide for my taste.
