I love @intellijidea but Ctrl+Y is the most awkward #shortcut. Everywhere else it means #REDO. After a few months forcing myself to get used to it, I had to capitulate and remap it (using Shift+Ctrl+Y instead)

IntelliJ IDEA 2019.1 prompts you whether you want to use Redo or Delete Line the first time you press Ctrl-Y

CTRL+Y ruins day after day. It's my most mistyped and annoying shortcut. Keep the good work, but get rid of CTRL+Y!
-
did delete several lines by mistake "using" this shortcut too... but nothing a ctrl-z or a git revert cannt fix.

I always remap "Delete Line" to Ctrl-Y in every editor I've use, even in
@EclipseJavaIDE. Can't work without this shortcut! Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

The worst shortcut ever! What happened to ctrl+y being redo?

Ctrl shift z?

Ctrl+Y is my only pain point with IntelliJ. I'd rather Ctrl+Y redo and Ctrl+D delete a line (I don't see much value in being able to easily duplicate a line). I know I can always remap...
