The denial of testing is clear proof the prosecutors KNOW he is innocent or have very good reasons to suspect he is. The hell with them! Keep on pursuing the test and sue them once you are out. :-) :-)

I pray that Mr. Reed gets salvation in this life. Unfortunately far too many judges, prosecutors seem to lose their morals and or ethics when it comes to the more disadvantaged in society. Only solution: Legislate consequences for bad behaviour
