    This is a failure on so many levels! They have been constant reminders that is what we need at But again the world politics is winning over today pain, suffering and injustice placed over the community who did less to induce climate change.

    The new draft text replaces with a "dialogue" next year. It is terrible! We have seen such dialogues in the past delivering absolutely NOTHING on finance.
