I'm a Democrat, but I'm no fool. Gotta call it as I see it. @KamalaHarris @GeorgeGascon you both made a terrible, terrible mistake in authoring Prop 47. You both need to own this.https://twitter.com/bettersoma/status/1290444602839838722 …

Of thier awful authoritative behavior I like this piece of their legislation. Why should we have even more than the record mass incarceration we already do?

Paul still stuck? Give that guy your address and let him do his shopping at your house??

That guy is a criminal in need of law enforcement intervention. But I still jail is too expensive, and we incarcerate far too many for insufficient reasons. When we incarcerate more than anyone else, without benefit, it's time to rethink that decision.

So then what’s your solution? You babble and babble your nonsense but have not solutions . Defund police!! No prisons!! When shit hits the fan and your sitting in your house pissing in your fancy pants who your going to call Paul???

People should defend themselves with firearms, and the police are ineffective at this end. When you need help in seconds, the police are only a hour away, but when you have something to say politically it's the priority of our government to suppress and oppress you voice.

That way we can talk about "end citizen brutality" instead of "end police brutality." Because the average citizen totally won't be as aggressive as police in terms of enforcing quality of life laws that affect their quality of life.

Oh quality of life laws and neighborhood character shouldn't be the motivating factors behind our policy choices. It's inane, but if you physically threaten someone in our city, you should expect that to sometimes cost you your life.

@netfire4 I agree with your objective but these problems must be solved at the state and federal level. If@chesaboudin wants to drive real change then he should go to a southern state/city. SF was already one of the most progressive cities in the country2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

I think there is plenty of mass incarceration here in this city and state for
@chesaboudin enlightened approach to mass incarceration to effect. I adore the job his@SFDAOffice is doing, and I was happy to vote volunteer and campaign for him.https://twitter.com/netfire4/status/1191449357377097729 …Paul added,

SF’s incarceration rate was lower than most developed countries before @chesaboudin There are many other cities where this is a real problem https://www.prisonpolicy.org/blog/2019/03/28/urban-incarceration/ …

Here are SF’s number pre-
@chesaboudin . I’m all for lowering incarceration rates. I don’t support politicians who are out for themselves at the expense of their community. Especially when they weren’t elected by a majority http://casi.cjcj.org/Adult/San-Francisco …1 reply 0 retweets 0 likesThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
