An IAL should be easy to input in a computer if it's to be used, right? That means you have a delimited possibility space.

Of course! Just talking about the practical implications. Esperanto got 'corrected' so many times because of its accents, see.

I mean the conlangs that stem from it, virtually all/many get rid of the accented letters and change them for two chars., etc.

I'm all for innovation, but I think that an IAL can't be too much lest it doesn't get adopted.

All that said, I don't have strong feelings on IALs, and most of what I know I just learned from this one book!
