So, in movies and games Spanish people say "Sí" instead of "Yes" when speaking English. Is this a thing? Swedish people never go "Ja".

Neat! It never occurred to me to do it in Swedish when not speaking Swedish, but maybe it's just because Swedish is so unknown.
