Radon transforms? I'd guess not. SDFs are very local structures - they tell you about information around a point. Radon transforms (like Fourier transforms) are very non-local, they probe whole cross-sections of the object. [1/2]
If I was to think of likely rendering uses for radon transforms, it would be stuff like volumetric rendering (fog and the like).
