My release builds I do with a single click now. This is doing iOS simulator testing. (Unfortunately my computer randomly crashed during updating the project so I should probably add a “check disk integrity” task to my to do list...)

Bad way to solve the problem but I keep a separate machine that I can use for rotating between platforms since switching takes ages. Also cache server can help a little.
