Weird audio problem! If I have a wav file of an oscillator of, let's say a filter sweep. I know: * Roughtly the frequency of the oscillator (+- 50 cents) * That the recording begins and ends on precisely the same phase How do I quickly count EXACTLY the oscillator cycle count?
If I understand correctly, isn't it going to be a multiple/nice-fraction of the overall length?

Isn't it just: 1/frequency * length in seconds?

Yeah, but I only have an approximation of the frequency.
