The only way to make the two sides differ, as far as I can see, is by trying to place a block on one of the goals in the corners. From there, I can't figure out how to position the rest of the blocks to get the people to their respective corners :/

In order to get one character to the bottom and another to the top, the only way I see of doing that is having 4 blocks above one in order to move the other up 4x without pushing the blocks. Same applies to getting one on the left and the other on the right, so not enough blocks
