the touch bar itself wouldn't be so bad if it came with a good keyboard (which necessarily includes a corporeal <esc> key and function keys)

i feel bad for whoever has to make the choice to re-introduce those keys, because at this point they can't get rid of the touch bar, so they're definitely going to consume real estate in a way that probably conflicts with the demands from the cult-of-thinner-and-lighter
