@KCCA kisenyi health centre IV the have got mob incubators to the extent some are not used but the public just rush to mulago yet they can also seek same services at that facility but the public is not aware -

@inakasiita1 as we look an to God, we as Ugandans need to be more accountable realistic and plan for such population growth. We seem not to have a strategy yet our population is sky rocketing each day. We nd country think tanks to see how we can fix these challenges. Practically
