Why doesn’t this game have 3D player character models? I think that would increase the appeal of the game a lot

Because we think it looks cool! It's an homage to the prior Bard's Tale games, and the 2D graphics they had. It's also just a part of the larger 'Blobber' genre, where the party is usually represented by 2D portraits.

I hope the retail version comes to smaller markets (sales wise) like India! I really prefer buying physical games and with the internet here, digital video games are still difficult to invest in. Instant buy for the physical version though!

I feel your pain, but recently I got a good internet connection in my area (very rural and mountainous). Physical copies have gone forever I'm afraid but I'm sure your area will get a fast and stable internet connection soon.

It’s been out on PC because of early access, this is just being fully released in August, it wouldn’t make sense to charge PC players full price for something that’s been in the store for awhile already
