    Hard month. I ignored all work & let myself have a mental health day sobbing into my pillow & listening to the last seven audiobook chapters of Stephanie Foo’s memoir about CPTSD, What My Bones Know. I needed this book. It reminded me of my superpowers. It gave me my fight back.
