It varies, of course. But I suspect a greater source is the misalignment of an individual’s values with their organization’s, especially when it’s unarticulated. That’s exhausting. Better alignment makes all sorts of organizational BS manageable.

Honestly, the thing I’m the WORST at is administrative tasks. I barely have enough time to get my work done and the last thing I want to do at 5 o’clock on a Friday is check some boxes to say I did a thing.
