Is analytics engineer a job title? In which case...generally the people who do analytics engineering are those people. Or is it something that a bunch of people should know how to do? Data analysts, engineers, scientists, operational analysts, etc...

It's a choice between being more "full-stack" or getting work done by collaboration of multiple specialists.
