One of the hardest things to do as a DS leader is communicate about why it's hard to be a DS. Most folks simply don't understand the challenges DS face so it's very important to do... but man is it a slog sometimes

Yeah, I'm not fond of how that point is made - but it isn't entirely wrong either. There is a bit where they pivot and acknowledge the value of that input. But the point about (many) more opinions about counts than complex models is well made.
