If you can, pair a diagnosis of a problem with a proposed solution or two. Being asked to do something your team doesn’t have the expertise to do? Talk about who you’d need to hire or about what it would take to train someone in that competency and what they’d be pulled off doing

Their is a temptation to keep things at the black box level, if people don’t understand what you’re doing they’re more likely to think it’s brilliant or at least pretend it is, rather than admit they don’t understand something, but input from users can make for better results
