But really tho--I think this is accurate. You'd rather hear you have broccoli in your teeth from a friend than from someone you don't know
And if the friend also gives you a solution for your broccoli problem as they point out the problem, even better.
This probably stems from the idea that data-driven decisions should consist of showing data and making decisions. Most of the time, decisions aren't clear cut, and interpersonal relationships make a huge difference.
