It’s a mix of fresh einkorn, buckwheat, and all purpose flour! Not sourdough yet—I have a starter I’m nursing to life, but it’s not ready and I was impatient haha.

I love making stuff with buckwheat flour! Such a nice nutty flavor and great color. It's actually super good with chocolate too
