There was a preliminary study somewhere (which I cannot find now) indicating that air pollution may play into this: (1) facilitating the transmission (2) worsening the symptoms.
deceased:recovered ratio is a lot higher than i would expect from 2% fatality rate is it just selection bias, or is there something else going on?

Could be that it takes longer to count as “recovered” than it does to die (on average)? Idk if data bears this out but I’d guess it does
