also you can just start stretching whenever, it feels great, i spend like two hours every day in some manner of stretching position while on the internet

yep, I used to try to 'correct' tight hip flexors with daily couch stretches etc., but sitting on the floor more cleared that up easily. Squat, kneel, cross legged, "z-sit", stand up and pace, whateverpic.twitter.com/LyjQ5th4Np
