also you can just start stretching whenever, it feels great, i spend like two hours every day in some manner of stretching position while on the internet

if you're sitting cross-legged on the floor with a laptop on a coffee table or something about that high, then butterfly+hamstring stretches are 2 motions away the standard hip flexor stretch leaves you able to continue posting, and the shift to stretching quads sorta works

also if you're watching a video then you can shift to cobra or calf stretches upper body is obv. pretty easy, do whenever
