Being affected from trauma includes immense amounts of self-sabotage. Shadow work, and the consequent reappropriation of parts of self that were stuck, means that not only you are much more in contact with what you actually want, but can finally be effective in doing that

And what I'm implying here is that a lot of what people actually deeply want is usually Good, in the sense that they genuinely do want the best for everyone, deep down, and each has their own vision on how to do their part.
