Correct, though fat soluble vitamins like A are found in higher quantities particularly in organ meats. The main "known" benefit about plants is the antioxidants and their immune boosting effects (via low-dose "poisoning")... but I suspect there is much more

DHA is another. Ethnicities with long traditions of high plant consumption tend to be better at making it from plant fats, but those with history of fish reliance need dietary DHA.
