I'm having a lot of Anxiety over commissions rn ever since someone said my oc didn't inspire them and I just don't want to make people unhappy with what they're drawing which is why I was worried :(

I love drawing things for ppl & I love your characters, art makes me happy and i have never met an OC that doesn’t interest or inspire me you never have to worry about that with me, I’m sorry that you ever had someone say that to you tho :/ I can totally understand the anxiety

It was a while ago but all the issues I'm having with that commission I told you about has brought it all back around, like a mild paranoia about people not really wanting to draw my ocs because they don't like em It's hard to get over bc they're everything to me and it stung

on one hand, it’s completely within an artists rights to decline a commission. but I really don’t think they needed to say smth like that :/ if you were looking for a male oc I know a good percentage of artists just straight up don’t draw dudes

Yeah it's hard to find people who do, and do it well! I had someone on my wishlist who opened but their slots filled within minutes I wish there was a resource of 'Wow artists who can draw muscled dudes'
