I second that I had the journal open my first couple times through, it gives you a very basic rundown of your responsibilities per role per boss Also even saying 'Hey this is my first time here, please be patient' helps too
the dungeon journal is great to read before entering! it tells everyone what to do for each fight + theres loads of youtube videos to prep you before entering. but DEFINITELY download dbm !
